Smart Recorder and Frequency Analysis

The first step in data analysis is accurate data acquisition.  OROS Series 3 Smart Recorders provide multiple channel simultaneous data acquisition.  These systems are capable of recording data at 102.4 kS/s (40 kHz bandwidth). Thanks to our DSP technology, OROS systems ensure accurate real-time and continuous acquisition on all channels at full bandwidth.

Recorder capabilities:

  • Parallel recording and analysis: allows the user to keep a back-up of raw data.
  • Recording on internal retrievable hard disk or on the PC
  • 4 modes:
    • Continuous
    • Start to Stop: (User defined start and stop events)
    • Start to time: (User defined start event with a specified recording time)
    • Stop to time: (User defined period of buffered signal and a stop event)
  • Transient capture: advanced triggers and on-disk signal buffering (FIFO) reduces the amount of data recorded prior to a transient event.
  • 100% PC free mode available
